Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
Divide the mixture in half.
Fold the blueberries into one half and cranberries into the other half.
Using a 1/4 cup cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before removing the oatmeal cups.
