Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. paprika
  • 1/2 c. chile powder
  • 2 Tablespoons cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder

Instructions

  • Layer the ingredients in a half pint mason jar.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
  • Store in a dry cupboard and spoon out as needed.
