Brown Butter Garlic Knots

Easy to make Brown Butter Garlic Knots are fluffy on the inside and are bursting with garlic butter flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Remove the dough from the package.  Cut into 12 pieces. 
  • Roll each piece into a 9 inch rope.  Tie each strip in a knot.
  • Place the knots on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.  Cook until
    lightly browned.  Immediately add in the Italian seasonings, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.  Remove from heat.
  • Dip the tops of the garlic knots into the brown butter and place back on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the knots are cooked and begin to brown.
  • Remove from oven and brush the garlic knots with the remaining garlic butter.
