Caramel Apple Pull Apart Bread

A sweet and spiced pull apart bread made with refrigerated biscuit dough layered with apples, cinnamon, and sugar then drizzled with caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerator biscuits 10 biscuits
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Organic Honeycrisp apples finely chopped
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Cut the biscuits in half (through the layers) and set on a cutting board.
  • In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  • Dip each biscuit into the sugar mixture and place on the cutting board. Sprinkle with chopped apples and top with another sugar coated biscuit. Repeat this until you have 4 stacks of biscuits stuffed with apples (you will have 5 biscuits in each stack).
  • Stack 2 stacks on top of each other and turn the biscuits on their side and place in the pan. It will not fill up the pan.
  • Push all four stacks together to one side of the pan and to the top of the pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Remove bread to a plate and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Pull apart and enjoy!
