Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
In a medium bowl mix together the eggs, sour cream, and sugar. Add in the oil and vanilla and mix well to
combine.
Add the oil mixture to the flour mixture and mix well to combine.
Fold in the carrots, raisins, and pecans.
Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes then run a knife around the edges and cool completely on a wire rack.
To make the glaze whisk all the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Place in a zip top baggie and drizzle over top of the bread.
Cut into slices and serve.
