Chicken, Rice, and Carrot Puree

Make an entire meal in one serving with this Chicken, Rice, and Carrot Puree with spices and applesauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cooked chicken cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/3 c. rice
  • 2 peeled and steamed carrots cut into pieces
  • 1/4 c. applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary or sage

Instructions

  • Place the chicken and chicken broth in the Baby Bullet or other blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add in the rice, carrots, applesauce, and either rosemary or sage. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more liquid if needed.
  • Eat within 3 days or freeze in 2 ounce portions and eat within 2 months.
