Ingredients

c.
cooked chicken
cut into small pieces
3/4
c.
chicken broth
1/3
c.
rice
2
peeled and steamed carrots
cut into pieces
1/4
c.
applesauce
1
teaspoon
rosemary or sage
Instructions
Place the chicken and chicken broth in the Baby Bullet or other blender and blend until smooth.
Add in the rice, carrots, applesauce, and either rosemary or sage. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more liquid if needed.
Eat within 3 days or freeze in 2 ounce portions and eat within 2 months.
