Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl cream together the brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, salt, vanilla, vinegar, and baking soda. Mix well.
Add in the egg and mix well.
In a medium bowl combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest, and flour. Mix to combine.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixer and mix until combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Scoop 1 inch dough balls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from oven and allow to rest on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to a baking rack to cool completely.
