corn tortillas

cheddar cheese

sour cream

chili powder

teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
lime
juiced

cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add in 1/4 cup of water, taco seasoning, onions, and jalapenos. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place the tortillas on a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
Fill half of each tortilla with the beef and vegetable mixture. Top with cheddar cheese.
Fold the tortillas in half and spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and brown.
Meanwhile, combine the sour cram, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lime juice, and cilantro. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
Drizzle the sour cream over top of the tacos.
