Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and run under cold water. Set aside.
Peel the hard boiled eggs and separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Place the egg yolks in a large bowl. Crush the yolks using a fork or a wooden spoon so that they are in fine bits.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, Garlic Goodness hot
sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl with the egg yolks. Whisk to combine.
Add the noodles to the dressing and mix well until combined.
Place the egg whites and green onions into the bowl with the noodles and mix well. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
