Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2-3 teaspoons Intensity Academy Garlic Goodness hot sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons green onions

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and run under cold water. Set aside.
  • Peel the hard boiled eggs and separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
  • Place the egg yolks in a large bowl.  Crush the yolks using a fork or a wooden spoon so that they are in fine bits. 
  • Add the mayonnaise, mustard, Garlic Goodness hot
    sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl with the egg yolks. Whisk to combine.
  • Add the noodles to the dressing and mix well until combined.
  • Place the egg whites and green onions into the bowl with the noodles and mix well.  Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
