Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the chocolate cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
Mix in 1 cup of the Andes baking bits.
Drop tablespoons of batter on a cookie sheet leaving 2 inches in between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack. Immediately sprinkle Andes Baking Bits on top of the cookies. After 1-2 minutes spread the melted bits on top of the cookies to form a frosting of sorts and sprinkle with green sprinkles.
