Marshmallows toasted to golden brown, topped with a Hershey bar, then drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with sea salt makes these S'mores a gourmet delight!
Place two graham cracker squares on a cookie sheet. Top each square with a marshmallow.
Place in the oven, 6 inches from the heat source, and broil for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to check the marshmallows every 15 seconds or so to make sure they aren't burning. When they are golden brown remove them from the oven.
Carefully push half a Hershey Bar into each marshmallow.
Drizzle each S'more with one tablespoon of caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
Top each S'more with another graham cracker square. Serve hot.
