Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2 Certified Angus Beef Brand strip steaks or your favorite cut of steak
Instructions
- Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground coffee, and thyme in a dish. Mix well to combine.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
- Cook the steaks on the grill to your favorite temperature (we like ours medium rare!)
