Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwano horned melon
  • 1 strawberry papaya
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 1 Dragon fruit
  • 1 lime
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 4 oz. vodka

Instructions

  • Cut the Kiwano horned melon in half. Scoop out the middle, including the seeds, and place the seeds and pulp in a blender. Save the two halves of the melon for later.
  • Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Remove the fruit and place it in the blender.
  • Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds and pulp into the blender.
  • Blend the fruits for 1 minute.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
  • Place the strained mixture back in the blender. Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out half of the inside and place in the blender.
  • Juice the lime into the blender and add the sugar and vodka.
  • Blend the mixture until frothy.
  • Clean out the inside of both halves of the horned melon. Stand each upright so it looks like a cup. Add several ice cubes to each. Pour a quarter of the frothy cocktail into each cup and serve with a straw.
  • Serve the remaining cocktail in two short glasses filled with ice.
