Place 4 Fudge Stripe cookies on a microwave safe plate.

Place 1 marshmallow on top of each cookie.

Microwave for 15-20 seconds or until the marshmallows start to puff up in the microwave.

Quickly top each marshmallow with another Fudge Stripe cookie.

If desired pour sprinkles on a plate and roll the marshmallow part of the s'more into the sprinkles.

Serve immediately.
