Gingerbread Spice Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 c. strong coffee
  • 1/2 c. Cabot Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Gingerbread candy optional

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan combine the milk, cinnamon, ginger, molasses, and caramel sauce.
  • Heat over medium heat until simmering.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sea salt.
  • Pour 3/4 cup of hot coffee into each of two mugs. Pour 1 cup of the steamed milk mixture on top of each mug. Mix well.
  • Spray whipped cream on top of each latte then drizzle with caramel. Place a gingerbread candy (or two) on top of the whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!
