In a bowl combine the soy sauce, chili paste, honey, oyster sauce, black pepper, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and place in the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray. Place the tofu in the pan reserving extra marinade.
Bake for 20 minutes, turn the tofu over, and bake for another 20 minutes.
In a large skillet place the reserved marinade, garlic cloves, and cornstarch. Whisk to combine.
Place the skillet over medium heat and add in the broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add in the tofu and increase heat to medium high. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and is sticking to the tofu and broccoli.
Remove from stove and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
