Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine the oats, flax seed, nuts, pepitas, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sea salt. Mix well and pour on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the mixture with the honey and using your hands mix the honey into the granola.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from oven and allow to cool at least 15 minutes.
To make the parfaits line up 4 glasses. Place 1/3 cup of yogurt in each glass. Place 1/4 cup of strawberry slices on top of the yogurt then sprinkle each cup with 2-3 tablespoons of granola.
Place another 1/3 cup of yogurt in each glass. Place 1/4 cup of blueberries on top of the yogurt then sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of granola.
