Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl combine the macaroni noodles, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Toss to combine then set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Add the dressing to the macaroni salad and mix until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
