Korean Pork Chops

Ingredients

boneless pork chops
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
1/4
c.
soy sauce
2
Tablespoons
honey
4
garlic cloves
minced
1
teaspoon
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
ginger
chopped
2
teaspoons
Sriracha
1
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until just browned.
Combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour into the skillet on top of the pork chops.
Continue cooking over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, flipping the pork chops once, until the are cooked through.
