Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury Halloween Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • Orange Purple, Black, and Green AmeriColor Gel Paste
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-3 Tablespoons milk
  • Candy eyes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt Pan.
  • In a large bowl combine the Halloween Funfetti Cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix well.
  • Divide the batter into 3 bowls. Color one bowl green, one orange, and one purple.
  • Pour the orange batter into the bottom of the Bundt pan. Pour the green batter on top of the orange and smooth it. Then pour the purple batter on top of the green and smooth it out.
  • Take a butter knife and swirl the cake . Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and cool for 15 minutes. Run a butter knife around the edge of the pan and invert it onto a wire rack. Cool completely.
  • In a small bowl combine the powered sugar, vanilla, and the milk a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Divide the icing into 3 bowls. Leave one bowl white, color 1 orange, and color 1 black.
  • Place each of the icing colors in a zip top bag, snip off the end, and drizzle over top of the cake. Quickly place the candy eyes all over the cake, placing them on the icing drizzle, and allow to dry.
