Heat half of the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until it starts to brown then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side or until the broccoli turns dark green. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and saute the ground chicken for 5-6 minutes or until mostly cooked.
Add in the garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute.
In a small bowl combine the sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it has thickened.
Add the broccoli back to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Saute for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.
Serve in a bowl alongside rice.
