Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 c. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
  • 3-4 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Heat half of the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.  
  • Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until it starts to brown then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side or until the broccoli turns dark green.  Remove from the pan.
  • Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and saute the ground chicken for 5-6 minutes or until mostly cooked. 
  • Add in the garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute.
  • In a small bowl combine the sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it has thickened.
  • Add the broccoli back to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Saute for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.
  • Serve in a bowl alongside rice.
