Overnight Oats with Nuts and Berries
Make breakfast the night before with these easy Overnight Oats with your choice of fruit and nuts!

Ingredients

c.
oats
1/3
c.
milk
1/3
c.
yogurt
I like to use vanilla

Tablespoons
chia or flax seeds
1
Tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
c.
berries of your choice
3
Tablespoons
nuts of your choice
Instructions
In a half pint mason jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, seeds, honey, and cinnamon.
Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
Open the lid and add the berries and nuts.
Replace the lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
