Overnight Oats with Nuts and Berries

Make breakfast the night before with these easy Overnight Oats with your choice of fruit and nuts!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. oats
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. yogurt I like to use vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons chia or flax seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. berries of your choice
  • 3 Tablespoons nuts of your choice

Instructions

  • In a half pint mason jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, seeds, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
  • Open the lid and add the berries and nuts.
  • Replace the lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
