Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
In a small bowl combine the butter, chives, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.
Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a saute pan over medium high heat. Add a small amount of olive oil.
Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for 2 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and place on the baking sheet. Smear the tops of the pork chops with half of the butter mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip the pork chops over. Smear the other side with the remaining butter mixture.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to broiling and broil the chops for 1-2 minutes.
