Parmesan Pork Chops

Delicious pork chops topped off with a tasty garlic Parmesan butter.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 thin sliced boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 c. butter softened
  • 2 Tablespoons dried chives
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  • In a small bowl combine the butter, chives, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a saute pan over medium high heat. Add a small amount of olive oil.
  • Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the pan and place on the baking sheet. Smear the tops of the pork chops with half of the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and flip the pork chops over. Smear the other side with the remaining butter mixture.
  • Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oven to broiling and broil the chops for 1-2 minutes.
