Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dashi or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed citrus juice
  • 2 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
