In a large bowl combine the juice of one lemon, ground beef, garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the ground beef mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the peri peri sauce and continue cooking for 5 additional minutes.
Place the lettuce leaves, carrots, and radishes on a plate and allow everyone to make their own lettuce wraps.
