Ingredients

  • ¾ c. plain lowfat Greek yogurt
  • ¾ c. lowfat buttermilk
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chives minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or pint size mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt and buttermilk.
  • Add the scallions, garlic, dill, chives, parsley, vinegar, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before using.
  • Dressing will stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
