Place the skillet over medium high heat. Add the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel lined plate.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the kale to the bacon drippings in the pan.
Saute the kale for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add the salt, pepper, and garlic cloves and saute for another minute.
Add in the vinegar and stir to combine.
Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the kale. Toss to combine. Serve warm.
