boneless, skinless chicken breasts

12 oz bottle of beer
2
jalapenos
diced

Tablespoon
chili powder

teaspoons
cumin

teaspoon
paprika

salt

pepper

teaspoon
cocoa powder
3
garlic cloves
minced
3/4
cup
freshly grated cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
ow fat sour cream
taco shells
Cilantro
salsa, lettuce, for topping
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the crock-pot.
In a bowl mix the beer, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, cocoa powder, and garlic cloves. Pour over top of chicken.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Remove the lid and shred the chicken. Add in the cheddar cheese and sour cream. Stir well until combined. Heat for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve in taco shells with additional toppings.
