Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound pork roast
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8 ounce bottle taco sauce
  • 12 ounces Coke
  • 1 cup medium salsa

Instructions

  • Place the pork roast in the crock-pot.
  • Add in the garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, red pepper, black pepper, chipotle pepper, bown sugar, taco sauce, Coke, and salsa. Mix well and cover.
  • Cook on low for 8hours.
  • About 15 minutes before serving, shred the pork in the crock-pot and allow it to soak up the juices.
  • Serve with your favorite taco fixings.
