Spiced Pineapple Mule

A sweet and spiced pineapple flavored Moscow Mule.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup
  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 1 c. ginger beer

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice and set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar syrup, and bourbon. Shake well and pour into the glass of ice.
  • Pour the ginger beer in on top of the pineapple mixture and give it and stir.
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and enjoy!
