Ingredients

all purpose flour

baking powder

teaspon baking soda

salt

cinnamon

allspice

cup
salted butter
softened
1
cup
granulated sugar
2
eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

cup
pumpkin puree
1/2
cup
butterscotch chips
1/2
cup
cinnamon chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well to combine.
Stir in the pumpkin and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the butterscotch and cinnamon chips.
Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a baking sheet leaving at least 2 inches in between each cookie.
Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
