Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the red bell pepper and red onion and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle the beef with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper and add to the skillet. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until all the pink disappears.
Meanwhile, heat a large pot of water to a boil and add orzo. Cook according to package directions. Drain and return to the pan. Add the lemon juice, dill, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir and set aside.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the steak and vegetable mixture and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Divide the orzo into four bowls. Divide the steak and vegetable mixture evenly and place on top of the orzo. Top with Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese.
