Instructions
Cut the pork loin in half length wise. Then slice each half into very thin pieces.
Add 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining olive oil and the vegetables to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine the Sriracha, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic cloves, sesame oil, ginger, and water. Mix well and pour over top of the pork and vegetables.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until everything is coated with the sauce.
Serve over top of rice and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
