Pierce the sweet potato and place it in the microwave for 6 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit 2-3 minutes then pull off the skin. Cut into 4 pieces and place in the Baby Bullet or a blender.
Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut into 4 pieces and steam in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Put in the Baby Bullet or blender with the sweet potato.
Add in the water and cinnamon and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. I ended up having to add a few additional tablespoons of water because it was so thick but use your best judgement.
Keep 3-4 servings in the refrigerator and place the rest in the freezer for up to 30 days.
