Ingredients

water

c.
ice

Tablespoons
Thai tea mix

Tablespoon
brown sugar

c.
evaporated milk
3
Tablespoons
sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Place the brown sugar in a mug. Pour the boiling water over top of the Thai tea mix. Let steep 5 minutes.
Strain the tea out of the liquid and allow the tea to cool for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the evaporated milk and the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Divide the ice between two glasses. Pour the cooled tea into the two glasses.
Remove the milk from the freezer and use a frother to froth the milk until it has doubled in size.
Pour the frothed milk on top of the two glasses of tea.
Stir before drinking.
