Turkey Brownies

Using a box mix to make brownies makes it easy to decorate these fun Turkey Brownies!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • brown food coloring
  • 12 mini peppermint candies covered in chocolate
  • 12 red mini M&M's
  • 36 candy corn
  • white chocolate
  • black chocolate

Instructions

  • Cook the brownies according to the package directions and let cool.
  • In a medium bowl combine the butter and vanilla and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, a half cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Stir in the brown food coloring.
  • Spread the frosting over top of the brownies.
  • Place the peppermint candies on top of the brownies (4 down and 3 across).
  • Stick a red mini M&M in the middle of each peppermint chocolate.
  • Place three candy corns above the peppermint candy to make the turkey "feathers".
  • Melt the white chocolate and place 2 "eyes" on each turkey. Melt the black chocolate and dot it in the middle of each "eye".
  • Slice into 12 squares and serve.
