Vodka Champagne Cocktail

A delicious berry cocktail made with vodka and bubbly champagne.

Ingredients

  • 3 large strawberries cut into quarters
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • champagne or sparkling wine
  • sprinkles or sanding sugar optional

Instructions

  • If using sanding sugar or sprinkles rim a glass with a wedge of lemon. Roll the rim of the glass into the sprinkles or sanding sugar in a shallow dish.
  • Add the strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle with a cocktail muddler.
  • Add in the vodka and grenadine and shake well to combine.
  • Fill the glass halfway full with ice. Strain the strawberry vodka mixture into the glass.
  • Top the glass with chilled champagne.
  • Garnish with a strawberry.
