Wet Burritos with Manwich

Make a delicious beef burrito topped with a spicy and tangy burrito sauce and white queso dip on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 16 oz can refried beans
  • 1 15 oz can chili without beans
  • 1 10.75 oz can Manwich original sauce
  • 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • 10-12 10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. white queso dip
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. tomatoes chopped

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  • Add in the onions, bell peppers, and garlic cloves and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the cumin,chili powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Saute
    for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
  • Add in the refried beans and cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, combine the chili without beans, Manwich sauce,  and enchilada sauce in a saucepan. Cook until heated through.
  • Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds to softened them. Spoon ½ cup of ground beef mixture in the center and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheddar
    cheese.
  • Roll up the tortilla and place on a platter. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • When ready to eat place the burritos on a plate. Cover with the burrito sauce and the white queso dip.
  • Top the burritos with lettuce and tomatoes if desired.
