Ingredients

sticks butter
softened

c.
brown sugar
lightly packed
1/2
c.
sugar
2
eggs

Tablespoon
vanilla
2 1/2
c.
flour
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
nutmeg
1 1/2
c.
white chocolate chips
3/4
c.
macadamia nuts
roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Add in the eggs and beat until smooth. Mix in the vanilla.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well to combine.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Spoon heaping tablespoons onto baking sheets 3 inches apart. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the cookies are firm.
Remove from over and allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
