Cinnamon Vanilla Moscow Mule

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Vanilla Moscow Mule:

  • 6 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon brown sugar syrup
  • 3-4 oz. bubbly water

For the simple syrup:

  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • ¼ c. water
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • To make the mule fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour the ginger beer and vodka into the glass on top of the ice. Add the cinnamon brown sugar syrup and stir.
  • Fill the cup with bubble water. Give it a stir and enjoy!
  • To make the simple syrup pour all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Store in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
