Pecan Spice Latte
A sweet and spiced latte made with milk flavored with cinnamon pecans and a cinnamon spice brewed coffee that is topped with whipped cream and cinnamon pecans.

Ingredients

milk
1/4
c.
Millican cinnamon pecans
finely chopped
1/2
c.
strong brewed Door County Autumn Spice Coffee

teaspoons
brown sugar
Whipped cream
cinnamon

Instructions
Place the milk and the cinnamon pecans in a large mug and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes strain out the pecan leaving the flavored milk.
Heat the milk in the microwave fro 45 seconds.
Use a frother and froth the milk until it doubles in size.
Pour 1/4 cup of strong brewed Autumn Spice coffee into each of two mugs along with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Pour half of the milk mixture into each mug on top of the coffee.
Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, and a few pecans.
