Ingredients
For the cookies:

butter
softened
1/2
c.
brown sugar
1/4
c.
sugar

egg

teaspoons
vanilla

strong brewed Door County Maple Coffee

flour

baking powder

teaspoons
salt
1/2
c.
Millican Cinnamon Candied Pecans
chopped
For the drizzle:

teaspoons
powdered sugar

teaspoons
maple syrup

Instructions
In a large bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Add in the coffee and stir until everything is mixed together.
Fold in the pecans.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Drop the batter on a cookie sheet by heaping tablespoon.
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.
If desired place a cinnamon candied pecan in the middle of the cookie.
Whisk together the powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over top of the cookies.
