In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar.
Add in the egg, coffee emulsion, and caramel sauce and mix well.
Add in the flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Fold in the caramel chips.
Spread into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and a toothpick inserted into the middles comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
