Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoons coffee emulsion
  • 2 teaspoons caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 c. caramel chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Add in the egg, coffee emulsion, and caramel sauce and mix well.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the caramel chips.
  • Spread into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and a toothpick inserted into the middles comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Cut into 16 squares.
