Cookie Butter Fudge

Melt in your mouth cookie butter fudge topped with sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 c. cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons molasses
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan combine the white chocolate chips and cookie butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the salt and molasses.
  • Quickly spread the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • Allow to set for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into 30 pieces.
