- 1 lb. white chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 c. cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons molasses
- Sprinkles
Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine the white chocolate chips and cookie butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and combined.
Remove from heat and stir in the salt and molasses.
Quickly spread the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle with sprinkles.
Allow to set for at least 2 hours.
Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into 30 pieces.
