- 1 c. flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt divided
- 1 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Everything But the Bagel seasoning
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and half the salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined and a dough begins to form.
Dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes or until it's tacky but no longer sticky.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Roll each ball into a 1 inch thick rope and join the ends to make a bagel.
Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush over top of the bagels. Sprinkle with the remaining salt and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 280 degrees.
Bake the bagels for 15 minutes. Remove from Air Fryer and cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.
