Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir to combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed sugar cones, and sprinkles.
Using a cookie scoop drop the dough onto cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
