Bake the Pumpkin Pies according to the package directions and allow to cool for 2 hours.
To make the parfaits, find a circular cookie cutter the size of your clear glasses. Cut 9 circles out of each pumpkin pie. Discard the pie scraps or place in a bowl to snack on while you work.

Place 1 pie circle in the bottom of each of 6 glasses. Using a circular motion, pipe out Cool Whip on top of each pie circle. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cranberries and 1 teaspoon of walnuts.
