1large potatocut into quarters and then into 1/2 inch wedges
1red onioncut into 1 inch wedges

2Tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsoregano
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonblack pepper
6small chicken breasts or 3 large chicken breasts cut in half
1/2lb.broccoli floretsasparagus, or green beans (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Toss the bread, bacon, potato, onion, butter, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread in an even layer.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place on top of the bread mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring once after about 20 minutes. At this point you can add the green vegetable to the sheet pan if desired.
Cook until the bread is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
