Triple Chocolate Cranberry Brownies: Dark Chocolate Recipes
There's two types of chocolate in the brownie which makes a fudgy brownie speckled with tart dried cranberries and topped off with a rich, chocolate ganache and chocolate covered cranberries.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray.
Melt the butter and pour it into a large bowl. Add in the sugar and mix well.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until well incorporated.
Stir in the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and chocolate covered cranberries.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small bowl heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it is melted completely.
Quickly stir in the condensed milk and spread over top of the brownies before it hardens.
Place the 16 chocolate covered cranberries on top in 4 rows and 4 columns (where you will cut the brownies).
Once the ganache has hardened cut the brownies into 16 pieces and enjoy.
