A delicious entree salad layered with mixed greens, Asian style vegetables and grains, grilled chicken, and crunchy sesame sticks and almonds on top. All of this is tossed with a homemade Sesame Soy Dressing.

3Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets
For the Dressing:
1Tablespoonssesame oil
3Tablespoonsrice vinegar
2Tablespoonssoy sauce
3garlic clovesminced
1teaspoonsugar
For the topping:
3Tablespoonsslivered almonds
2Tablespoonscrunchy rice noodles
2Tablespoonssesame sticks
Instructions
Cook the Birds Eye Steamfresh® Asian Style Protein Blends according to the package directions. Dump into a bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl combine the mixed greens, green pepper, onion, and scallion. Toss well and divide between two plates.
Cook the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets in the microwave according to the package directions. Remove from microwave and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Whisk.
Spoon 1/2 cup of the Birds Eye Steamfresh® Asian Style Protein Blends on top of each plate of mixed greens.
Divide the chicken breast fillets between the two plates.
Sprinkle the almonds, rice noodles, and sesame sticks on top of the salads.
